Chelsea and I always try to spend the New Years holidays with our family. Its easier for us to take time off after Christmas. We really love being able to spend Christmas with my hubby and also want to be able to spend time with my Grandma as well especially. Growing up I didn’t get to spend much time with her. I have only really been closer to her in the past 6 years now. I try to spend a few weeks every year over at my dad and mom’s house so that we are able to spend sometime with my grandma. Adventures with Coley & Chelsea: Our Visit to the Wildlife Learning Center in Slymar California!

We hadn’t had a chance to spend sometime with our cousins Valerie and her son Dominic in way too long. So we decided to meet half way and enjoy the day together. Our friend Donna was with us as well. Chelsea just enjoys animals tremendously.So this little location was just a perfect stop for us.15780934_1234697906625021_8916480150089010774_n

We especially loved the fact that we could purchase our tickets on Groupon for about $4.50 per person. Its not a big place but there are many different animals to see.  There were many different reptiles and birds. As well as foxes, sloth, alligators, monkeys, and a few others.

I was offered an opportunity to check out 599Fashions.com. They have everything from children’s clothing to plus size clothing. They even have accessories, purses, shoes and home products. Most items are under $5.99 except for shoes. Most clothes you could never get for less than $10 if you went to other stores. I really think they have a great assortment of clothing options. Chelsea and I really enjoy having time to just relax around the house and enjoy the different movies. Chelsea and I really thought that this was a sweet movie. I think that this movie is definitely one of Chelsea’s new favorites to add to our line up of movies. We normally get into different ruts and watch almost the same movies over and over again. I am glad that I am able to find some different movies to add to her collection. We have watched this movie many times already and start laughing every time. I love that it truly is a kid movie. Chelsea has been trying to find ways to connect with her daddy and we have found just the thing. Around Thanksgiving Chelsea had heard some music coming from her daddy’s phone and she recognized it because we had been playing Pokemon Go every once in awhile when we would go for our walks. Chelsea has since constantly asked Omar to play the game so that she can play with him. The past week it has actually turned into family time.
