STEM programs are on the rise. I feel that these types of programs are great for the community. It gets children learning about the new technology in our community. So many new employment fields are based on the Science, Math and Technology fields. This new generation needs to learn more about this. I am happy that the LINQ will be providing a program like this with the school district. Las Vegas needs more programs and activities for our children. Continue reading
This weekend we got to spend time with our family. I really enjoy the time that we have. Even if we just relax at home and play games or go for a picnic. I love going to places where you can just enjoy the scenery. This is the time of the year when you just want to lounge in the patio or at the park and watch the scenery. I am actually already thinking about our next camping trip and just lounging and watching the birds. Our Menifee camping trip is one of my favorite times of the year and my second favorite is the Holiday Season. I just love Christmas.
What is your favorite time of the year?
Chelsea and I really love being able to give back to the community during the Christmas Holidays. This year has been a bit rough for us and we have run into many hurdles. We have not been able to collect as many donations as we have in the past normally I am able to Clearance shop throughout the year to make our donation grand. I feel that this year it will not be like that I do however know we will be able to donate some.
Do you give back to your community? If so what do you do?
Chelsea and I love this time of the year it is not cold and not hot. We are able to spend our mid-mornings out at the park and enjoy some of this sunlight and fresh air. Chelsea almost always asks for a snack while we are out and about. So we decided to take these lovely snacks with us. I really love them and especially the fact that they are easy to carry. We love the different flavors of them. Chelsea would just scarf these down if I would let her. She really loves these types of snacks. I love that these especially have not only fruit in them but veggies as well. She is getting the nutrients that she needs. My daughter is a picky eater so having these available as a back up is what we do. These we the perfect snack choice while we went on our walk. These are great for sticking in her backpack or in my purse so that she has a handy snack with us. Continue reading
The bell has rung and school has officially begun again. With kids back in the classroom they’ll be looking for ways to make their school supplies pop! Fun2Play Toys has the perfect product – Emojiez! Kids always want there school supplies to be the best they want to be able to share with their friends all of the different characters they may have. I know now a days collecting different little things like these is what is trending. My daughter is enjoying the different characters! We love that there are so many characters to collect and feel that these are great way to make back to school a memorable experience for everyone. Chelsea and I are mainly home bodies because there isn’t that much for families to do in our community if your on a low budget. That is going to be changing in a little more than a month with the opening of Sea Quest Aquarium. Chelsea and I really enjoy spending the day watching the scenery, playing games or doing art. My daughter and I really enjoy going to places that have animals whether its a park, the zoo, or the aquarium. Continue reading

Halloween is almost here, and IHOP is joining in the Halloween Fun, bringing back their Scary Face Pancakes. They will be having a special on Halloween, Monday October 31, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., kids can enjoy a Scary Face Pancake for FREE at participating IHOP restaurants. What a great way to get out of the house and enjoy a nice meal with the family.
