I have always enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning and even sometimes in the middle of the day. I really enjoy being able to try different types of coffee. I know that my hubby has really been enjoying that we have a lot of coffee’s to choose from in the morning to drink. I have really been enjoying this particular coffee. Continue reading
Chelsea and I got the opportunity to try the Foster Farms Refrigerated Chicken in 3 different flavors: We got grilled, honey and southwestern. My favorite between the 3 was the Honey. Chelsea said that she loved the grilled chicken. It is great for snacking, putting in salads or even for making a quick quesadilla. We have done all of three of those things and let me just say it was yummy. My daughter is a picky eater and she really seemed to eat a lot of these bite size pieces. Chelsea is really growing up. Hard to believe in a little more than a month she will be 3 years old. She is showing how much she loves art, singing, dancing and just spending time with her mommy. She lights up every time she hears her daddy come through the door. She literally goes running down the hallway to see him. She loves spending time with her daddy whenever he is home. He tends to work very long hours. She is a little smarty with a sharp memory. She has a lot of nursery rhymes memorized already. She knows most of her colors and can count to 10 sometimes higher than that. I just happy to say I am her mommy.
Thing are changing around me. My job has just changed….It feels like I am starting all over happy that I am able to bring the skills I learned from my previous position to this one. I am really hoping that I can let go of this nervousness that I have inside. This morning it literally felt like I was walking into my first day of school. I really dislike that I get so nervous like this. I need to be able to focus on the task that is at hand. I am happy that I have my daughter and husband there for me to help me get through the first week jitters even though I have been with the company for just about 10 years it felt like day 1 today. Just needed to get that off my chest. Even though I have those jitters I am excited to learn about this new department and embark on a new adventure.

Today we are learning about Mia & Me. Its a sweet story about a girl that transforms into an elf by using a magical book. She has many adventures with her friends in Centopia. Chelsea really enjoyed watching it. Can’t wait to see if we can catch more episodes of this sweet story. I really enjoy shows that have a bit of fantasy going on. This show reminds me of a few different shows I used to watch growing up. Continue reading
